Couts Now 100% Employee Owned Company (ESOP)

After 40 years in business the founder, John Couts, has officially sold the company to the employees. He leaves in place a strong management team with decades of experience. The company has enjoyed an industry-leading employee tenure, and this move is certainly evidence of why. John has earned a reputation of “getting the job done for the clients” and “taking good care of the people that get it done”. Even with the phenomenal growth over the decades, the organization has managed to maintain a family feel while at the same time putting into place the processes that were necessary for managing growth and risk.
