Joe Stewart is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of every employee at Couts. As Safety Director, his top priority is fostering a culture where safety comes first, ensuring that every team member goes home just as they arrived—safe and sound. With a strong work ethic developed from his first job as a newspaper delivery boy from ages 8 to 18, Joe believes that nothing is given; everything must be earned through hard work and dedication.

Passionate about learning, Joe is excited to expand his knowledge of the HVAC trade while implementing best practices to keep Couts employees protected on every job site. His commitment to safety is rooted in his deep respect for teamwork and his desire to create a secure working environment for all.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife, going wine tasting, and relaxing at the beach. An adventurer at heart, he dreams of scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef and exploring Stingray City in the Grand Cayman Islands.
