Cyndi Studer is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in construction accounting. Her journey in the industry began in 2000 as a service dispatcher, and through dedication and continuous learning, she worked her way up the ladder, earning a degree and refining her expertise in financial management. Cyndi thrives on working with numbers and is passionate about finding solutions to complex financial challenges. Her thirst for knowledge and adaptability have allowed her to gain a deep understanding of multiple departments, making her a valuable asset to the Couts team.
Guided by the mantra, “Knowledge isn’t power—applied knowledge is power,” Cyndi believes that lifelong learning leads to growth. She embraces every opportunity to expand her skills and contribute to the success of Couts, an employee-owned company that values its clients, partners, and employees as family.
Born into a military family in California, Cyndi spent 16 years in Alaska before returning to her home state at the age of 28. She and her husband, also from Alaska, built their life in San Diego, where they raised their daughter. Now proud grandparents, they have settled in Temescal Valley to be closer to their grandchildren.
